This rosy mocktail pairs well with both savory and sweet dishes. For those who want a little buzz, the drink can be spiked with an ounce of Aperol to make a low ABV cocktail.

Ingredients

1 strawberry, crushed

¾ oz. lemon juice

1 oz. buckwheat honey

1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

2 oz. club soda or seltzer

Whole strawberry, for garnish

Steps

  1. In cocktail mixing glass, muddle strawberry with lemon juice and honey. Top with ice and shake vigorously.

  2. Add club soda and strain into iced glass. Garnish with a whole strawberry
