Featuring espresso and cocoa powder, this chicken dish is great for any coffee lover and for grilling season.

Ingredients

10 lbs. chicken breast
4 oz. cocoa powder
2 oz. espresso
4 oz. salt
3 oz. sugar
6 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. dry ginger
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
3 tbsp. chili powder

Steps

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Oil chicken breast lightly. Season each side of chicken liberally with spice mix.

  3. Grill at medium heat with outdoor gas or coal grill.
