The epitome of summer style, this rejuvenating summer drink is an iced combination of locally made cola, red wine, Maurin de Quina and lime juice. “People tend to drink more than one,” notes Jan Henrichsen, “Lady of Libations” at Found Kitchen and Social House in Evanston, Illinois.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cola (we use Filbert's)

  • 2 oz. red wine

  • 1.5 oz. Maurin de Quina

  • .5 oz. lime juice

  • Ice

Steps

  1. Build in glass (12 oz)

  2. Add red wine, Maurin de Quina, and lime juice

  3. Top with cola

  4. Garnish with a lime
