1 very ripe heirloom tomato
1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese
1 bunch of any seasonal greens
1 sprig of fresh rosemary for garnish
prepared balsamic vinaigrette, as needed

1. Slice 3 slices of tomato and 2 slices of the mozzarella ball. Stack, beginning with tomato and alternating with mozzarella.
2. Use rosemary sprig to hold together.
3. Add greens to the plate, place tower on top and drizzle with the balsamic vinaigrette.
