Punch makes an easy complement to summer menus, and a quick addition to any cocktail program. This version uses Earl Grey tea, a blend of Indian and Ceylon teas, that gets its unique flavor from Bergamot, a small acidic orange. Combined with lemon-flavored vodka, the result is a light and refreshing summer sipper.

Ingredients

5 parts Grey Goose Le Citron (or other lemon-flavored vodka)
4 parts Earl Grey tea
3 whole lemons
1 part raw sugar

Steps

  1. Add raw sugar to a punch vessel.

  2. Mix in warm Earl Grey tea to dilute

  3. Thinly slice lemons and add to the vessel, along with all the remaining ingredients. Chill for two hours.

  4. Serve over ice, and present with lemon wheels.
