Honey takes the place of white sugar in this slaw.

Ingredients

1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup light mayonnaise, Hellman’s
2 7/8 fluid ounces white wine vinegar
5 3/4 teaspoons Honey
1 3/8 teaspoons celery salt
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 1/3 quarts Bok Choy, trimmed and very thinly sliced
2 7/8 large Granny Smith apples, julienned or shredded
2 7/8 large carrots, julienned or shredded
1 3/8 cups slivered red onion

Steps

  1. Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, celery salt and salt in a large bowl until smooth.

  2. Add Bok Choy, apple, carrot and onion; toss to coat.
