This drink is a sultry spin on the classic Tom Collins. Freshen up gin with lemon, St. Germain and a touch of honey simple syrup for a smooth and refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients

2 oz. gin
1 oz. blueberry velvet fruit starter (see note)
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/3 oz. St. Germain
1/4 oz. honey simple syrup
Splash of soda water

Steps

Shake first five ingredients with ice, strain into an ice-filled collins glass, and top with soda. Stir and serve.
