To tingle the taste buds of non-imbibing customers, the food and beverage team at Black Angus developed a line of Cowboy Quenchers. The alcohol-free mocktails blend refreshing, sophisticated flavors like blackberry and ginger; red grapefruit and lime.

Ingredients

Ice cubes
3 blackberries, muddled
1/2 lime, juiced
1 1/2 oz. blackberry syrup
1 1/2 oz. ginger syrup
10 oz. club soda
Mint springs, for garnish

Steps

  1. Muddle blackberries with a few ice cubes and lime juice in bottom of shaker glass.

  2. Add ice and blackberry and ginger syrups; shake. Pour mixture into mug. Top with club soda and stir. Garnish with mint.
