Bartender Schyler Isham created this rosy cocktail expressly for Valentine’s Day at Tre Rivali, a restaurant in Kimpton’s Journeyman hotel. But the drink’s festive look and fruity flavor make it appropriate for a variety of occasions. A strawberry liqueur gives the drink its red hue, and coconut milk and crème de cacao add decadence.
Ingredients
¾ oz. vodka
¾ oz. crème de cacao
¾ oz. fraise des bois liqueur
¾ oz. coconut milk
¾ oz. simple syrup
¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
Chocolate shavings and fresh strawberry, for garnish
Steps
In cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients together; shake and strain into a coupe. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a fresh strawberry.
