1 whole-grain flour tortilla
2 oz. diced chicken, cooked
1 oz. BBQ sauce
½ oz. shredded cheese
½ oz. sweet green peppers
¼ cup chopped red onion

Steps

  1. Brush margarine on one side of tortilla and slightly toast.

  2. Slice peppers and onions.

  3. Heat BBQ sauce, chicken, peppers and onions in a 350°f oven, until temperature reaches 165°f.

  4. Place chicken mixture on flat bread and top with cheese.
