This colorful, meaty Arugula Sausage Beef Pizza shows off arugula, oven-roasted tomatoes, shaved Parmesan and a combination of HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian sausage and beef.

Ingredients

1 14" Pizza shell
1 T. Olive Oil
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 medium Tomato, sliced, roasted
4 oz. PREMORIO® HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Seasoned Ground Beef, 40029
4 oz. PREMORIO® HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian Sausage, Spicy w/ Garlic, 60014
2 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Arugula, torn

Steps

Brush olive oil evenly over pizza shell, up to ½ inch of edge. Evenly layer with mozzarella, tomatoes, beef, and sausage. Place in preheated 450° F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Remove from oven and top with parmesan and arugula.
