Take processed sugar out of the equation by using agave in this classic sweet-roasted carrot recipe.

Ingredients

10# baby carrots
1 cup agave
3 cups blended oil
1 tbsp. dried sage
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Mix agave, oil, herbs and seasoning.

  2. Toss with baby carrots.

  3. Lay on sheet pan and roast in 400°F oven until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
