Honey and raspberries brighten up ordinary butter, elevating it for special occasion use.

Ingredients

1 lb. softened butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt

Steps

  1. Puree raspberries, set aside. 

  2. In a mixer, combine softened butter with honey, pepper and salt.  Mix only enough to combine ingredients. 

  3. Slowly add raspberry puree to butter while stirring.  Whip only as much as needed to combine ingredients.  Over whipping will result in curdled appearance. 

  4. Chill and serve.
