This unconventional cereal uses quinoa, blueberries, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
4 cups cooked quinoa
4 14-oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
4 12-oz. cans evaporated milk
1 qt. half-and-half
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. vanilla extract
4 cups blueberries
1. Add all ingredients except blueberries in blender and whir until smooth.
2. Portion in 1¼-cup servings and top with blueberries.
