This rice pudding dessert is perfect for a 30-minute dessert idea.
2 oz. rice basmati
1 ½ cups whole milk
2 oz. cardamom to taste
1 oz. granulated sugar
1 oz. sliced almonds
.76 oz. raisins
Bring rice, milk and cardamom to simmer over medium heat.
Add sugar and reduce heat to low. Stir rice occasionally until rice is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Fold in almonds and raisins.
Transfer to 2-inch half pans. Hold hot for service.
