Fluffy, cake-like brownies made with real honey and crisp, sweet pecans combine to form a deliciously sweet ending to any meal.

Ingredients

10 oz. unsweetened chocolate
6 eggs
3 cups honey
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
3 cups biscuit mix
2 3⁄4 cups chopped pecans
Chocolate Frosting, optional
 

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 12 x 20 x 2-in. baking pans.

  2. Melt chocolate; cool.

  3. Beat eggs; blend in chocolate, honey, and vanilla. Thoroughly beat in biscuit mix.

  4. Stir in pecans; pour into baking pans. Bake 20 min.

  5. Cool in pans and spread with chocolate frosting, if desired. Cut into squares.
