This easy-to-make parfait features honey granola, chopped fresh fruit and vanilla yogurt.
2 oz. fresh fruit, chopped, or red tart dried cherries
4 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 oz. oats & honey granola
1. Using 1/4-cup dipper, place spoonful of fresh fruit or dried cherries in the bottom of 5 1/2-oz. plastic cup.
2. Using 1/2-cup dipper, place scoop of vanilla low-fat yogurt on top of the fruit. Spoon 1 oz. of granola on top.
3. Repeat, making two layers. Dried blueberries can also be used in place of dried cherries.
