Skip a step when making a Coke float with this Coca-Cola-flavored vanilla ice cream. 

Ingredients

1 cup pasteurized egg whites
3⁄4 cup pasteurized egg yolks
21⁄2 cups sugar
1 14-oz. can evaporated milk
10 to 12 oz. Coca-Cola
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 to 3 cups milk 

Steps

1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add yolks and mix well. Add sugar and mix.

2. Add evaporated milk and mix. Add Coke and mix. Add vanilla last.

3. Pour mixture into a 2-qt. ice cream freezer canister and add enough milk to fill canister to fill line or according to directions.
Stir and freeze.
