This ethnic beverage is simple to make and can be served alcoholic or nonalcoholic. 

Ingredients

1 lb. white rice
1 gal. water
1 tbsp. salt
8 oz. Mexican chocolate
6 oz. sweet condensed milk
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Steps

  1. Soak rice in water for two days in refrigerator.

  2. Blend rice mix and strain.

  3. Melt Mexican chocolate and blend with remaining ingredients and rice milk. 

  4. Serve chilled or with rum.
