Iced coffee is a booming beverage category—especially during the warm summer months. This recipe puts a fancy, sweeter spin on standard iced coffee with the addition of chocolate fudge, peanut butter and ice cream. Serve it up to those who crave a sweet treat for a mid-afternoon snack or post-dinner dessert-drink.

Ingredients

2 oz. cold brewed Café Bustelo
1 cup crushed ice
4 oz. chocolate fudge syrup
2 oz. peanut butter
½ cup vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings

Steps

1. In blender container, combine crushed ice, coffee, chocolate fudge, peanut butter and ice cream; blend until mixed.

2. Pour into tall glass and top with whipped cream. Drizzle with additional chocolate fudge and garnish with chocolate shavings.
