Central Washington University has rolled out a new food truck that will feature a different menu daily, reports the university’s student newspaper, The Observer.

Officials say the campus’s second food truck—which made its debut earlier this week—doesn’t have a specific theme, but the menu will reflect what the chef wants to curate on a daily basis.

“As long as it is creative, and as long as the student body is interested, then I think we are heading in the right direction,” Jim Matheny, manager of operations for the Ellensburg, Wash., university's dining services, told the website.
