University offers dining credit with proof of COVID-19 vaccination

Northern Michigan University is offering between $50 and $100 to students and faculty who upload documentation of their vaccination.

Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Mich., is offering dining credit to students and faculty who receive the COVID-19 vaccine, the school announced this week

Students and faculty who upload proof of vaccination to the school’s Bridge App by July 1 will receive $100 in credit that can be used at campus eateries. Students and faculty who upload documentation by Aug. 1 will receive a $50 credit. 

The credit will be available at the start of the fall semester and will be applied when students and faculty use their school IDs at checkout.
