In an effort to provide safe dining options for students with food allergies, the University of Texas will debut an allergen-free buffet line this fall.

The Fresh and Simple Tastes—or, FAST—line will not have any eggs, milk, peanuts, fish, soy or wheat, which constitute several of the most common food allergens, reports The Daily Texan. The buffet will be located in Jester Residence Hall.

“This station has been on the [Division of Housing and Food Services'] radar for several years, because we had been listening to student feedback and we looked into providing another option for students with food allergies or who are looking for a more health-conscious diet,” Lindsay Wilson, a registered dietitian with the school's DHFS, told the website.
