The University of Montana has rolled out its Galloping Griz food truck, which offers breakfast and lunch during the week and evening dining on weekends, reports the Montana Kaimin. The truck was purchased new for $167,000 and allowed the school to avoid a $250,000 kitchen renovation while getting more versatility.

The menu consists of traditional American grill food such as burgers, chicken sandwiches and fresh salads, along with daily specials like pulled pork sandwiches, while the late night menu focuses on traditional street food like tacos, quesadillas and chips with queso.
