A student organization at Asbury University is marketing a “Meal of the Week” in an effort to get students to stray from their regular cafeteria choices, reports the Asbury Collegian.

Specifically The Asbury Student Cabinet is trying to encourage students to eat at the salad and sandwich bars, as well as stir-fry station. The Wilmore, Ky.-based university's marketing tactics include displaying posters and small cards of the featured meal—as well as its recipe—on every table in the cafeteria, according to the student newspaper.

“ASC started the Meal of the Week as an effort to expand students’ horizons on the many possibilities in the caf,” Claire Van Der Eems, ASC’s director of public relations, told The Collegian. “We wanted to spark creativity for students when it comes to experimenting with different caf options.”
