University ends Aramark contract early

After 23 years, East Tennessee State University is dropping Aramark as its foodservice manager, three years before the contract expires, reports WJHL.com.

According to officials, the university is in the initial phases of planning a renovation of the student center and wanted to work with a new foodservice provider throughout construction.
