Univ. of Houston to Use Food Trucks During Renovation Shut-Down

The University of Houston plans to engage commercial food truck operators to provide temporary foodservice while its University Center and its dining operations close down this spring for renovations, reports the Daily Cougar. Two truck operators have been engaged to date, and plans call for them—and possibly others—to set up around the University Center starting with the opening of the school's summer sessions.
