UGA's Floyd, Fry Promoted

J. Michael Floyd has been promoted to associate vice president for auxiliary services at the University of Georgia, where he began has career in 1986 and was most recently executive director for UGA Food Services. He will be responsible for providing administrative oversight for Food Services, Parking Services, Campus Transit, the UGA Golf Course, the UGA Bookstore, Bulldog Bucks, University Printing and Vending Services. "Mike has proven his exceptional ability to both lead and manage a highly competitive enterprise,” says Tim Burgess, senior VP for finance and administration. In addition, Jeanne Fry has been promoted to executive director of UGA food services. In her new role, Fry will oversee all meal plan operations, campus catering, food service retail operations, the central food storage warehouse, business services, IT, marketing, training and food service facilities management.
