Food truck management company Off the Grid has partnered with Stanford University to provide late night and lunchtime food truck options to campus locations with limited access to food service, reports the Stanford Daily. The trucks made their debut on Jan. 11 and will operate from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the week and from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Fridays and Saturday nights. Off the Grid has previously worked with Stanford's Associated Students organization by catering tailgate events at football games.
