Sail away on Duke’s culinary cruise

For 1,200 dinner guests at Duke’s annual customer appreciation dinner, the culinary cruise to the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, Italy, Hawaii and South America began with receiving a floral lei at the entrance of The Marketplace on East Campus. “Cruise captains,” aka dining staff, directed “passengers” into the festivities inside.
