Rutgers University Dining Services is rolling out the Knight Wagon food truck by the end of February, reports mycentraljersey.com. The 20-ft. long scarlet red truck is equipped with a 50-inch screen, a satellite TV and a sound system and is decked out with neon lights. The menu, which has a price range of $3.75 to $6.50, includes a “twisted gyro burger” (ground lamb stuffed with baby spinach and feta on a toasted brioche roll) and a tandoori chicken and grilled shrimp shish kebab wrap. The truck will accept cash, credit cards and student meal card swipes for the menu items and will park at assigned locations on all campuses in New Brunswick and Piscataway. Students will be able to follow its location daily on Facebook and Twitter.
