Ohio University has transformed its traditional-style Boyd Dining Hall into The District, a collection of five mini-restaurants, woub.org has learned.

Each section features healthy food options instead of typical cafeteria fare, says the website, adding that the revamp gives students the opportunity to stick to a nutritious diet.

Officials say the new layout benefits students with food allergies, too, as they have incorporated informational icons so students can choose vegan, gluten-free and other allergy-friendly options.
