Notre Dame to Open An Au Bon Pain in Its Library

An Au Bon Pain unit will be opened in November on the first floor of the Hesburgh Library on the campus of the University of Notre Dame, reports the Observer campus paper. The first foodservice option to be offered in the building, it will serve premium coffee products, smoothies, sandwiches, salads, baked goods and various breakfast items like oatmeal in the morning.
