University of Georgia Dining Services has announced the location on campus of its proposed new $30 million Bolton Hall dining center, reports the Athens Banner-Herald. Scheduled to open in 2014 as a replacement for the existing Bolton, which is one of three dining halls on campus, the new facility will encompass 55,000 sq.ft. and have 950 seats, which is 20,000 sq.ft. and 250 seats larger than the current venue. It will include a bakery, a breakfast-all-day station serving pancakes made to order and a deli serving fresh-cut fries and homemade milkshakes.
