Nestle Minor's Launches Soup Station Concept for College Market
Rotating menu features different ethnic recipes, from African and Mediterranean to Latin and Asian.

Nestle Professional is launching a new Minor's international soup and noodle bar action station concept for the college market. Featuring internationally-inspired soup recipes ranging from African and Mediterranean to Latin and Asian options, it provides menu flexibility through a simple changing out of ingredients. Foodservice directors can rotate themed action station ideas and provide students with a custom self-serve bar or enhance their experience with an attended cooking display.
“We have the opportunity to partner with college foodservice directors and equip them with unique solutions to create excitement for on-campus dining,” says Marketing Manager for Minor's Todd Muller. “We know students crave choice and flavor, and these customized action station programs deliver on both.”
