Denison University in Newark, OH, will be getting all its beef from a local farmer this school year, reports the Newark Advocate. The school will also get more of its seasonal produce needs filled by another local grower. The beef will be supplied by a local farmer Steve Finlayson from his 25-acre spread "a stone's throw" from the university. Finlayson's beef cattle are entirely grass fed and is also supplied to the local school district.
