The University of Kansas is putting the finishing touches on the renovated Gertrude Sellards Pearson Hall dining center, which is slated to reopen this fall, reports LJWorld.com. The $13.1 million project converts the formerly self-serve buffet style eatery into a modern dining center featuring cook-to-order stations featuring fare such as Italian food, ramen noodles and pizza fresh from an oven.
