Janet Paul to head Concordia College Dining
Two others also receive promotions at Concordia. Concordia College has named Janet Paul director of dining services.

Concordia College has named Janet Paul director of dining services. Paul replaces former director Debra Lee Ross, R.D., who retired in January after 24 years of service. Paul will oversee the entire department, which includes residential dining, retail operations, contract services and Catering by Concordia. She also will direct the department’s sustainability initiatives.
Paul brings 28 years of experience in hospitality, management and college and university dining operations to the position and has been with Concordia College dining services for 20 years, most recently as associate director. Paul also has been active in the National Association of College and University Food Services, where she held many volunteer positions, including national president and past-president. Paul earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human resources and management from the University of Mary.
Concordia also announced that Paul Dosch has been promoted to associate director of dining services. Dosch has more than 16 years of experience in human resources and management in higher education and will continue to lead dining services in building effective teams, as well as direct retail operations, marketing and business departmental functions.
Cindy Hogenson, R.D., has been promoted to assistant director of dining services. Hogenson, who has 16 years of residential dining management experience, will direct residential dining, contract services, the culinary team and dining service’s dietetic foodservice management internship program.
