Emerson College dining holds first student forum
Members of Sodexo dining staff held an open forum to discuss student concerns about options for those with food allergies and pricing at campus cafes.

Sodexo dining staff at Emerson College recently held their first open forum to discuss student concerns about options for those with food allergies and pricing at campus cafes, according to The Berkeley Beacon.
Dining staff and two students present conversed about adding more gluten-free options and expanding a vegan station.
Emerson officials say they plan to host monthly forums to encourage conversations with students.
“Some of these changes could be done right away,” Sodexo’s executive chef Wanderson Dearaujo told the Beacon. “All it takes is one open conversation.”
