Sodexo is bringing the authentic and diverse tastes of New York City to students, staff and faculty at Fordham University through a program called the City Fresh Series. Based on student surveys that identify favorite flavor profiles and cultural dining preferences, it last month featured Chef Hari Nayak, a restaurateur, author (Modern Indian Cooking) and a culinary consultant, who prepared specialties such as Chicken Tikka Masala, Kerala Shrimp Curry, Chan Masala and Saag Paneer.

On November 27-28, Fordham will host Chef George Wong, owner of two Chop Stix Restaurants in Brooklyn, who offers a unique blend of modern Chinese and Japanese cuisine with a choice of popular American Chinese dishes.
