June 6—Sushi, Moe's Southwest Grill and a few other new culinary additions at the University of Montevallo, in Alabama, will be in place by the fall semester with a change in the institution's dining vendor.

Starbucks will remain a caffeine fixture on campus.

The university has signed with Chartwells under a seven-year contract with options for renewal for its dining services on campus, said Michelle Johnston, the institution's senior vice president for administrative affairs.
