Innovation Brew Works has been under construction for a year and a half and will open this summer. The Cal Poly Pomona Foundation has officially announced the scheduled opening of a microbrewery called Innovation Brew Works. CPP will be the first university to have a genuine brewery-restaurant associated with the campus.

POMONA, Calif.—The Cal Poly Pomona Foundation has officially announced the scheduled opening of a microbrewery called Innovation Brew Works. CPP will be the first university to have a genuine brewery-restaurant associated with the campus.
Innovation Brew Works has been in the works by CPP Dining Services for about a year and a half and will be opening in summer 2014.
The brewery will be used by CPP hospitality and agriculture students as a learn-by-doing facility. This hands-on experience will include everything from growing the hops and barley to bottling the beer.
