In a few weeks, Loyola Marymount University will debut its new campus food truck, according to The Los Angeles Loyalan.

The food truck will have nine official stops on campus and will be available for on campus events, the Loyalan says. The menu will offer a variety of foods, including avocado mac and cheese bowls, carne asada street tacos and Hawaiian pork. Vegetarian and vegan options will also be offered daily.

Elizabeth Martorano, a freshman communication major at LMU, told The Loyalan that she thinks the new food struck will see good results.

“I think the Hungry Lion will bring a change in food variety on campus and will give people an extra reason to go to games and engage in school spirit. I’m excited about the Hawaiian serving option, but I would really like to see frozen yogurt added to the menu at some point,” she said.
