Dojo Dog is street food truck operated by a junior environmental economics major at the University of California-Berkeley that has secured one of the coveted four-year contracts with the school to operate on campus, reports the Mercury News. The truck offers a menu of Asian fusion hot dogs such as the Kendo (with Bonito flakes, cabbage, soy paste and wasabi mayonnaise) and Shaolin Monk (with lettuce, cabbage and a miso glaze and wrapped in nori rather than a bun).
