April 17—Dining services at Luther College, in Decorah, Iowa, has strengthened its commitment to sustainable food and local producers by serving burgers made with 100% local beef.

The beef comes from Grass Run Farms. a locally owned business that works with farmers in the region to raise antibiotic-free, pasture-based beef.
