Boston College Dining Services is launching a new TV Chef Series that will feature the dishes of a particular celebrity chef at each dinner, prepared by the dining staff. The series will debut on October 11 with the cuisine of Food Network chef Jamie Oliver, and is slated to continue each Thursday throughout the academic year. Upcoming featured chefs include Bobby Flay, Giada De Laurentiis, Guy Fieri and Paula Deen.

The dinners are held in the faculty dining room in McElroy Hall and incorporate mocktails, prizes, cookbooks and trivia contests in addition to the food. Students can use any of their meal plans but the meals are by reservation only because of the limited seating (80 seats) venue.
