UVA Dining this year saw an increase of 725 meal plans sold over the prior year. Concepts on campus include a variety of proprietary brands such as the student-created In the Nood noodle bar and the sustainable/organic flagship Fine Arts Café with its selections made from a mix of natural, organic and local ingredients. They are complemented by popular national brands like Einstein Bros. Bagels, Starbucks and Domino’s Pizza as well as independently operated food truck invited to campus through the Street Eats program. They include one called The Pie Guy, which offers a selection of sweet and savory Australian pies.

Slated to open in January 2015 is a concept called Rising Roll in the new Cabell Hall, a major classroom building for the College of Arts & Sciences.
