UT Dining recently increased the amount of healthy options on-campus and implemented new residential menus that highlight more healthy options as well as flavors from around the globe. New brands on campus in fall 2014 include Raising Canes and Panda Express.

Plans call for launching campaigns that provide exclusive offers to customers via social media as a way to increase the value of connecting with UT Dining as well as to drive in-store traffic to the retail locations. A new UT app will feature dining locations and hours of operation.

Dining services provider Aramark is also implementing its W.E.S.T customer service platform, a repeatable model that the company says is designed to build a world-class service organization.
