Of the four residential dining halls at CMU, two are Aramark’s Fresh Food Company and Real Food on Campus concepts. All four are AYCTE venues with multiple stations. The Down Under Food Court in the Bovee Student Center has a retail concept concentration with a mix of Aramark, house and national brands ranging from Papa Johns, Grille Works, Bene Great Pasta and Zoca to Wraps & More, Sushi, Express grab and go, Salad Garden and Simply Soup.

Standalone units around campus include Einstein Bros. Bagels, Java City and Starbucks, plus a variety of convenience outlets such as Aramark’s P.O.D. (Provisions on Demand) grab-and-go concept, C3 Express, Goodies to Go (with Quizno’s and Freshens branded choices), Northside Market and the Market, a comprehensive campus c-store.
