Aramark stokes football rivalry with college-themed sandwiches

Aramark has created signature sandwiches for the University of Alabama and Clemson University, as both schools gear up to play in the national college football championship on Jan. 9.  

The sandwiches will be available during the game, which will be held at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla., where Aramark is a vendor.

Both the Bama Burger and the Tiger Paw use ingredients that are signature to the teams’ hometowns. The Bama Burger includes pimiento spread, fried pickles and pulled pork, while the Tiger Paw sandwich is comprised of pork, pickled green tomato relish and blue cheese slaw.
